As we continue to expand our business in the Charlotte area, we are seeking an experienced, eager, customer- oriented salesperson with great communication skills to join our team.

Job Description: 
As a fully licensed member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and success. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our team to meet and exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
