Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
